DAY 1 — FRIDAY

Arrival in Delhi

Welcome to India.

Upon arrival at Delhi Airport or Railway Station, you will be met and transferred privately to your hotel.

After check-in, the remainder of the day is free to relax and recover from your journey.

Delhi combines centuries of history with lively markets, impressive monuments and distinctive colonial-era architecture.

DAY 2 — SATURDAY

Exploring Old & New Delhi

After breakfast, begin your guided exploration of India’s capital.

In Old Delhi, walk through the atmospheric streets around Chandni Chowk, visit Jama Masjid and experience the fascinating Spice Market using a combination of walking and local transportation.

Continue into New Delhi, visiting highlights such as India Gate, the Parliament area, Qutub Minar and the Lotus Temple.

A local lunch is included during the day.

DAY 3 — SUNDAY

Delhi – Mandawa Approx. 6 hours

After breakfast, leave Delhi and travel towards the Shekhawati region.

Your destination is Mandawa, renowned for its extraordinary collection of elaborately painted merchant havelis. The walls and courtyards of these historic mansions are decorated with colorful frescoes depicting scenes from everyday life, mythology and the history of Rajasthan.

Explore the local streets and bazaar before settling into your heritage accommodation.

Overnight: Mandawa

Mandawa is known for: its magnificent frescoed havelis and its reputation as an open-air art gallery of Rajasthan.

DAY 4 — MONDAY

Mandawa – Bikaner Approx. 4 hours

After breakfast, continue your journey westwards to Bikaner.

Visit the impressive Junagarh Fort, one of Rajasthan’s most remarkable historic fort complexes.

You will also have the opportunity to visit the unusual Karni Mata Temple, popularly known as the Rat Temple, famous for its long-established tradition of protecting and honoring thousands of rats living within the temple complex.

An optional visit to the Camel Breeding Centre can also be arranged.

Overnight: Bikaner

Bikaner is known for: desert traditions, historic forts and its camel heritage.

DAY 5 — TUESDAY

Bikaner – Jodhpur Approx. 6 hours

After breakfast, depart Bikaner and continue towards Jodhpur, the famous Blue City.

Upon arrival, check into your hotel and enjoy some free time.

The evening can be spent exploring the local market, browsing traditional crafts and textiles or simply enjoying the atmosphere of the old city.

Overnight: Jodhpur

Jodhpur is known for: its blue-painted houses, magnificent Mehrangarh Fort, colorful bazaars and traditional textile crafts.

DAY 6 — WEDNESDAY

Discovering Jodhpur

After breakfast, spend the day exploring the historic heart of Jodhpur.

Visit the spectacular Mehrangarh Fort, dramatically positioned above the city, followed by Jaswant Thada, a beautiful marble memorial.

Continue to the Clock Tower and wander through the narrow lanes of the old city, where traditional shops, markets and everyday life reveal another side of Rajasthan.

DAY 7 — THURSDAY

Jodhpur – Ranakpur – Udaipur

Approx. 6 hours

Today the journey continues towards Udaipur.

En route, stop at the extraordinary Ranakpur Jain Temples, celebrated for their detailed marble carvings, architectural symmetry and beautifully carved pillars.

Continue onwards to Udaipur and arrive in the evening.

Your accommodation is located around the beautiful Lake Pichola area, giving you the opportunity to experience the romantic atmosphere for which Udaipur is famous.

Udaipur is known for: its lakes, City Palace, historic residences and romantic architecture.

DAY 8 — FRIDAY

Udaipur Sightseeing & Traditional Tie-Dye Workshop

After breakfast, discover the highlights of Udaipur.

Visit the magnificent City Palace, the historic Jagdish Temple and the peaceful Saheliyon Ki Bari gardens.

You will then take part in a traditional Bandhani tie-and-dye workshop with local artisans. Learn about the techniques behind this colorful textile tradition and create your own piece to take home.

Later, enjoy a boat ride on Lake Pichola, subject to suitable water levels and local operating conditions.

Overnight: Udaipur

Bandhani, or traditional tie-and-dye, is one of Rajasthan’s best-known textile traditions and has been passed down through generations of artisans.

DAY 9 — SATURDAY

Udaipur – Pushkar Approx. 5 hours

After breakfast, leave Udaipur and travel towards the sacred town of Pushkar.

Pushkar is one of India’s most important pilgrimage destinations and is centered around its holy lake.

In the evening, enjoy a camel safari, followed by sunset views across the desert landscape.

Overnight: Pushkar
Accommodation: Heritage-style resort

Pushkar is known for: Pushkar Lake, the Brahma Temple, spiritual traditions and its famous camel fair.

 

DAY 10 — SUNDAY

Pushkar – Jaipur Approx. 3 hours

Begin the day with a visit to Brahma Temple and Pushkar Lake before continuing to Jaipur.

After arriving in the Pink City and checking into your hotel, the remainder of the day is free.

Use the evening to explore local markets, shop for handicrafts and textiles or simply relax.

Jaipur is known for: its pink-colored historic center, royal forts, palaces and exceptional handicrafts.

 

DAY 11 — MONDAY

Jaipur: Forts, Palaces & Royal Heritage

After breakfast, discover the architectural highlights of Jaipur.

Visit the magnificent Amber Fort, with the option of reaching the fort by jeep or elephant ride, followed by the iconic Hawa Mahal, also known as the Palace of Winds.

Continue to the City Palace and Jantar Mantar, the historic astronomical observatory and UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The evening is free for personal exploration, shopping or relaxation.

DAY 12 — TUESDAY

Bagru Block Printing Experience

After breakfast, travel to Bagru, an artisan village renowned for its centuries-old hand-block printing tradition.

Meet local craftspeople and discover the techniques used to create traditional textiles using hand-carved wooden blocks and natural dyes.

Take part in a hands-on mud-resist and indigo block-printing workshop, creating your own textile to take home.

Return to Jaipur during the afternoon.

Overnight: Jaipur

Bagru printing is a traditional Rajasthani textile craft that has been practiced and passed down through generations.

DAY 13 — WEDNESDAY

Jaipur – Fatehpur Sikri – Agra Approx. 4.5 hours

After breakfast, leave Jaipur and travel towards Agra.

Along the way, stop at Fatehpur Sikri, the remarkable former Mughal capital and UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Continue to Agra and check into your hotel in the late afternoon.

The remainder of the evening is free to relax or explore the surroundings.

Agra is known for: the Taj Mahal, Mughal architecture and its exceptional marble inlay craftsmanship.

 

DAY 14 — THURSDAY

Taj Mahal Sunrise & Return to Delhi

Rise early for a memorable sunrise visit to the Taj Mahal, one of the world’s most celebrated monuments and a masterpiece of Mughal architecture.

After breakfast, continue exploring Agra, including a visit to Itimad-ud-Daulah, often called the “Baby Taj”, renowned for its elegant gardens and delicate marble inlay work.

Depending on the day’s arrangements, enjoy time for local markets and traditional marble craftsmanship before making your way back towards Delhi.

A final stop at the peaceful banks of the Yamuna River can offer a beautiful alternative perspective of the Taj Mahal, away from the main crowds.

Continue by private vehicle to Delhi.

Upon arrival, you will be transferred to Delhi Airport or your preferred location.

End of the journey.
