General Information
We keep a small selection of finished fabrics in our Delhi shop.
All other block-printed fabrics and wooden stamps are made exclusively to order to avoid overproduction and waste in today’s fast-moving textile industry.
We work exclusively with certified fabrics from reputable weaving mills producing to the highest standards for environmentally friendly, organic textiles. Our main quality is organic cotton, 156 cm width (60/60 S Voile).
Our suppliers’ certificates cover every step — from the cotton seed and farmers through to the finished fabric. We do not offer cheap block-printed fabrics as found in many places in India. Quality, fair production and durability have their price; if you are looking for the cheapest mass product, we are not the right place.
Our blocks range from a minimum of 12 × 12 cm to a maximum of 20 × 20 cm. Please plan your designs within these sizes.
We only print above a certain minimum quantity. Please contact us for the exact minimum per design/print.
Creating a new block-print design (including block carving, colour mixing and printing) usually takes about three months.
Because we mix all colours by hand and monitor screens display colours differently, we require a physical colour printout or colour chip sent to us so we can match your shade exactly.
Please send us your design as a PDF in original size:
– All size specifications and the name of the print must be indicated.
– When we print the PDF, the pattern must appear in original size.
– Stamp size between at least 12 × 12 cm and maximum 20 × 20 cm.

Yes. If your stamps have already been ordered and produced with us, you can do your first samplings yourself in our workshop together with our printers.
Since every fabric is hand-printed and every block is hand-carved, there is no fixed price. Each print is calculated individually — depending on how intricate the carving is and whether it is a one-, two- or multi-colour print.
